GAME FORMS FOR LOOSENING AND COORDINATION TRAINING

 

 

 

 

 

Already 3 minutes of loosening up can have an activating and stimulating effect on the sympathetic nervous system. The following (proposed) exercises are very suitable for the development of social and personal skills, attitude to training and the expression of coordinative abilities, especially that of the balance ability, orientation ability of the kinaesthetic differentiation capability, responsiveness and rhythm skills.
Coordination training is an essential goal of physical education and can be usefully supplemented by game forms in the day nursery.
