GAMES IN THE SCHOOLBUILDING OR CLASSROOM

 

 

 

 

 

During the breaks, games with motion help the children to recover from the mental learning in the last lesson. Of course, there are different interests so that some girls and some boys rather avoid the trouble on school playground. That is why there has to be a corresponding offer of games in the school building or classroom to realise the break in motion. Especially if the weather is bad, such opportunities to play will be inevitable.
The aims of the games in the school building/classroom correspond to the ones of the games on the school playground, as well as the given methodical hints in this chapter. Restrictions with regard to the choice of games result from the changed conditions of the room. The cramped conditions of the school building e.g., are not suitable for catching games and the objects of learning in the classroom do not have to be a victim of ball games. Nevertheless here is also an amount of opportunities for which the following choice of games should encourage you.
