PHASES OF RELAXATION

When the pupils become restless during the lesson, cannot concentrate anymore, then phases of relaxation could help.
Phases of Relaxation are short interruptions of the lesson that last three to five minutes. During this time, exercises will be done directing the pupils´ thoughts on persons, objects, mentally imagined phenomena or their body.
The body is, therefore, able to recover from exertions and stress.

There different forms of phases of relaxation as shown on this structure.
